It is our goal to provide our customers with the opportunity to access and use our products and services in a secure environment. When you supply us with personal information, we make a commitment to you that the information will be used for internal use only and no information will be sold, rented or loaned to any third party. This includes contact information like your name and e-mail address, financial information like your credit card number and demographic information such as your address.

Payments

Q: How can I pay for my purchase?

A: We accept all major credit cards, via PayPal. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Money Orders for purchases via our online store at: www.arcadiasports.net, our Ebay auctions, or our Ebay-Store. Please review the available payment options on those sites for complete information.

Q: How do I pay for an Ebay auction?

A: After you have won the Ebay auction click the Checkout link that is in the auction page and follow the on screen instructions.

Q: Can I purchase more than one Item?

A: Yes, once you have won everything that you were bidding on just go through the checkout process and it will add all of the items that you have won. As long as you used the same eBay name to bid on them. To start the checkout process just go to any eBay auction that you won from us and click the Checkout Button which looks like this and follow the on screen instructions.
ALSO we use an automated system to process non-paying bidders because of this you only have 9 Days From the end of the first auction that you won till the ending of that last auction that you win to combine or else the first auction will be marked as not paid and start the non-paying bidder process.

Q: Do I have to use your checkout link?

A: Yes, We ship a high volume of orders each week and the checkout link allows us to process your order quickly and more efficiently.

Shipping

Q: How Much is the Shipping to:?

A: In the Ebay auction there is a Shipping Calculator button that looks like this Just click on that button and enter in your City, State, and Zip Code.
Combined Shipping If you are trying to figure out what combined shipping cost will be on like products you can use the quantity box to adjust how many of one item you will get. (if you are bidding on 5 bats just change the quantity on the Shipping Calculator page to 5, this is only for an estimated shipping cost the actual cost will be given to you once you start the checkout process.)

Q: Can I Combine Shipping costs if I win more than one Item?

Q: How will my item be shipped?

A: We use UPS, USPS and Common Carriers for our shipping. We Offer you 5 Different Shipping Methods for shipments inside the Continental USA. You select one of these options during the 2nd step of checkout called Shipping / Payment Preferences.

• Common Carrier (Freight Service for our larger Shipments)

For the Economy Saver We will ship UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or even Common Carrier for larger shipments, our choice.

W can only ship to your billing address on your credit card or your pay pal verified address

Upgraded Shipments include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select - are all shipped Through UPS and will have a tracking number

All Orders will have Insurance Included.

International Shipments which are shipped International Priority or International Economy and Include Customs Clearance Fees in the shipping price which might make them seam higher but it makes you get the package faster and cuts out part of the fees on your side. No International Shipments include Duties and Taxes in the shipping price, that must be paid by you.

Canadian Customers will have the additional option of UPS Canadian Ground. These shipments will not include any Customs Clearance fees, Brokerage Fees or duties and taxes in the shipping price. Canadian Customers will be held accountable for paying all fees.

Common Carrier (Freight Service) The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your home, garage, up stairs, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada or any International Country. This item cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO or PO Box. Please If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please have the driver make a note of the damage. This will help in the return/replacement process. Even if your shipping method says economy saver we can still ship common carrier. We will ship common carrier for any shipment over 150lbs or that we deem it necessary for such as Treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, Exercise bikes, home gyms, etc.

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?

A: Yes, For most packages we use traceable methods of shipment. If your package weighs under a pound, then we ship through the post office and there is no tracking number, but you will be informed when it ships. Generally, within 1 business day of our shipping your order, we email you the tracking/delivery confirmation number (to your registered email address.) Please NOTE: It can take 24 hours, and sometimes longer, to update the delivery status information for delivery confirmation numbers.

A: You can also track your order by going to www.arcadiasports.net and clicking on the Order Tracking Icon. there you can see payment status, find out if it has been shipped, and get the tracking number.

Q: What if I didn't receive a tracking/delivery confirmation email?

A: Often, our emails are intercepted, deleted and/or otherwise caused to not arrive to you. This occurs because some ISP's (Internet Service Providers, including AOL, NetZero, MSN, Earthlink, Yahoo, Hotmail, and others) employ SPAM (junk e-mail) filters to minimize the amount of junk e-mail you receive. Because we are a high-volume merchant (we sell a lot of products), we also send a large volume of email (shipping confirmation, order confirmation, customer service replies, etc.). We are also, therefore, often "filtered" by these ISP's and, sometimes by SPAM filters or "rules" you may use on your email client software.

Q: How long will it be after I order before my order ships?

A: We ship orders the next business day after you pay for it. (So if you order on Friday night it won't ship until Monday.) In the event that we discover the product is damaged, unmerchandisable, or otherwise unavailable, we will not ship and will contact you to make arrangements for either a refund, reshipment, backorder or other applicable action.

Q: Can I pick up my Items and save on the shipping Costs?

A: Unfortunately we have stopped allowing local pickups, due to the amount of auctions that we are selling and certain paypal and credit card dispute issues that we have had to face.

Combined Shipping

How do you Calculate combined shipping charges?

Arcadia Sports offers combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments, however, is very difficult. Because of the extreme variation of products we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility) we have had to come up with a general system that usually works to everyone's satisfaction. After you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items automatically through our check out system which will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of winning any auction. Combined Shipping Details for The Economy Saver Shipping Method:

For the Economy Saver Shipping all you have to do is take the highest Base Shipping Charge from the items that you won and add the additional items Shipping charge for each additional Item that you purchased from us.

The first thing to know about shipping is how a package is weighed. Once a photo is taken of an item we get an accurate weight from a certified scale and round up to the nearest whole number (as mandated by all shipping couriers). In addition we add one extra pound for every 10 pound to the total weight for packaging. This means that an item which weights 4.7 lbs would be rounded up to 5 lbs and then one pound would be added for packaging making the total estimated shipping weight at 6 lbs. For every additional 10 pounds of weight we add an extra pound for packing.

Returns / Canceling Bids

Q: Can I return my product?

A: Yes:

1. Returns: All unused items are able to be returned for a full refund of item price less shipping for up to 30 days from delivery date. Postage to return the original item will be the buyer's responsibility.
2. Exchanges: All Unused items are exchangeable; Merchandise credit will be given for the full amount of the items sales price less the shipping. If the item you purchased had free shipping then we will determine the return shipping price back to you based on each individual order. This will apply for 45 days from the original purchase.
3. Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty or replacement if available.

1. Returns: Unused Items may be returned at customer's expense (i.e. Shipping cost back to us) for a refund of the item price less Shipping and a 15% or $2.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee per item for up to 10 days from delivery date.
2. Exchanges: All Unused items are exchangeable; Merchandise credit will be given for the full amount of the item/s sales price less the shipping. If the item you purchased had free shipping then we will determine the return shipping price back to you based on each individual order. This will apply for 20 days from the delivery date.
3. Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty issues or replacement if available. (We cannot accept used items for refund or exchange)

If your Returning an order you need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (which must be included with your return for your return to be correctly processed) Please email returns@arcadiasports.net to recieve the form. Products can ONLY be returned in UNOPENED & UNUSED condition. Shipping charges can not be refunded or reimbursed.

Q: Can I cancel a bid on one of your Ebay Items

A: Yes, but you must do it through eBay, in accordance with Ebay rules and the auction must not have ended. Click here to go to eBay's Bid Retraction Page

If your Item has ended and you still don't want it you will have to pay a restocking fee of 15% (of the item price) or a $2 minimum restocking fee, whichever is greater.
